ANDRITZ OY AWARD

RULES

§ 1
The purpose of the award is to stimulate greater interest among both students and research workers in the field of fibre technology and its practical applications.

§ 2
The award shall be awarded in recognition of outstanding academic work dealing with fibre processes.

§ 3
The amount of the award, which shall be awarded annually at the Annual General Meeting of Paper Engineers’ Association, shall be 3000 €. The amount may be divided between two or more recipients.

§ 4
The award shall be awarded by the PI. The preliminary choice shall be made by representatives of Andritz Oy.

§ 5
In the choice of subject, attention shall be given to the subject area itself, the way it is treated, and the general applicability of the findings in accordance with § 1 and §2 above, as well as the grade awarded.
